How priorities and specialties are used when planning renovations

All our services are grouped by specialty so each task can be assigned to the right type of craftsman. When we create a project schedule for an apartment renovation or house renovation, each task has a specialty matched to the service and to the profile of the worker who can complete it properly.

The priority shows at which stage of the project a given specialty is usually planned. Packages with the same priority can start in the same stage, but never before packages with a lower priority. This helps us avoid the wrong sequence of activities, coordinate different craftsmen, and forecast real execution timelines more accurately. The priorities are based on our practical experience and know-how and are used in our daily work.

For example, in a complete renovation, we will not start painting the walls before the bathroom work involving cutting, sanding, and dust is finished.

We describe the process in more detail in the article how we plan tasks, craftsmen, and timelines.
