In relation to the submitted inquiry, our representative may contact you by phone or email.

The processing of personal data necessary for these purposes is carried out under Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

“Happy Builder” Ltd. may send information about its services, practical renovation advice, news, special offers, and promotional campaigns by email.

When you request a quote through our calculator, we will send you information by email that may be useful in planning and delivering your renovation project, including information about our services, practical renovation advice, news, special offers, and promotional campaigns.

We use the Brevo platform to send and manage marketing communications.

Recipients may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, free of charge and easily, through the “Unsubscribe” link included in every email or by contacting us at sales@happybuilder.bg.

After unsubscribing, we stop sending marketing communications to the relevant email address unless there is a new valid legal basis for doing so.

We store personal data:

• For inquiries without a contract: usually up to 12 months (or shorter/longer where necessary to protect legal claims).
• For clients with a contract: for the duration of the contract and then according to legal retention periods (e.g. accounting documents) and/or until limitation periods for claims expire.
• For marketing communications: until unsubscribing or withdrawing consent. After that, we retain only the minimum information necessary to honor the unsubscribe request and prevent future marketing communications.
