The quick price is not the same as a final contract offer. It is a structured starting point that helps the client understand the scale of the renovation before deeper planning.

A renovation offer depends on the property: rooms, dimensions, surfaces, current condition, and selected activities. The app helps store this information so it does not disappear between conversations.
